Experiential Festival, Sydney & Melbourne

The Round Table | 2017
 

An immersive sensory journey through sight, sound, scent and taste, transporting guests into the natural landscapes of Belvedere’s Single Estate Rye vodkas through cinematic hospitality and terroir-driven storytelling.

My Role: Creative Director
 Experiential & Spatial Design. Responsible for the immersive concept development, sensory storytelling and luxury guest experience direction across the campaign.

THE BRIEF 

To create an integrated experiential campaign connecting guests to the purity, character and natural origins of Belvedere’s Single Estate Rye vodkas, positioning the brand through authentic storytelling rooted in terroir.

THE CONCEPT 
 

Taking over two floors of an exclusive Chippendale venue, the experience combined immersive spatial design, custom projection environments, synchronised soundscapes, aroma science and food pairing into a multi-sensory hospitality journey.
 

Three immersive rooms. Three distinct sensory worlds.
 

Each environment transported guests into the landscapes of Belvedere’s two Polish estates, Smogóry Forest and Lake Bartężek, through carefully choreographed moments of sound, texture, scent, lighting and flavour.

THE CONCEPT 
 

Discover the Forest of Smogóry placed guests within a darkened forest clearing surrounded by moss, earth and rustling leaves, where a perfectly chilled Smogóry Single Estate Rye was served on the rocks before a single word was spoken.

DISCOVER
 

Discover Lake Bartężek recreated the atmosphere of a secluded century-old lake house, complete with icy winds, flickering firelight, leather Chesterfields and expansive 360° lake projections stretching across the walls.
 

Two Estates, Four Seasons brought both worlds together through a sensory degustation experience, inviting guests to forage, taste and explore the climatic and agricultural influences shaping each vodka’s distinct profile.

THE OUTCOME 
 

Executed in Sydney, the experience blurred the line between hospitality, theatre and sensory installation, demonstrating how immersive storytelling and atmosphere could transform luxury product education into emotionally resonant experience.
